This one is pretty self-explanatory. I just had a hankerin’ the other day, and I wanted to try using the tomatoes as the “bun.” Guess what, it was a sensation! Give it a try.

Just cook up your burger to your liking, slice a tomato nice and thick, add some chipotle sauce, maybe some baby arugula and some avocado, and you’ve got a great gluten-free, low-carb sandwich!
