This will very likely be the easiest recipe you will ever make, and it’s super relish. You can use the whole chicken right out the gate, or just dive in and use up what’s left from the night before that you aren’t sure what to do with.
All you do is take a rotisserie chicken and de-chicken it (the proper terminology is “de-bone” but somehow that sounds like the opposite of what we are trying to accomplish).
You throw in a couple more things in 5 minutes flat, serve it in a pretty dish, add a couple sides, and pretend like you slaved over dinner for hours. It’ll be great.
- 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned
- Grape tomatoes, halved
- salt and pepper
- Debone the chicken into small pieces
- Add your tomatoes, mayo, salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with some dill.
