EAAAAAASY sriracha popcorn. You can do this with tapatio sauce as well using the same measurements. Sriracha is a tad spicier, but it’s also got a subtle sweetness to it. It just depends what mood you are in!
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 8 cups popcorn
- Whisk together butter, garlic and sriracha for about two minutes on medium high heat.
- Pour over popped popcorn and thoroughly mix until every kernel is coated.
