Christmas Veggie Tree

This veggie arrangement is really easy to make and can be replenished easily. It’s a fun way to spruce up the staple veggie tray for holiday potlucks and parties. Or you can use it as a way to get your kids excited about vegetables during a candy-focused season.

I layer from the bottom up, and work my way into a “treetop”, but you can do whatever works for you.

Christmas Veggie Tree

Ingredients
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 pkg grape tomatoes
  • ranch dip
Instructions
  1. Pluck and wash the broccoli flowerets
  2. Slice the yellow pepper in the shape of garlands
  3. Wash the smallest tomatoes in the package
  4. Arrange vegetables into a Christmas tree, and "decorate"
Notes
I find it easier to start from the bottom up, and tuck as I go. You may need to layer a little so the top-most layer looks fuller and thicker. Always be sure the greenest flowerets are on top.
