This recipe has such a perfect mixture of sweet, tart, and salty, you’ll wonder how you could have gone all this time without knowing about it. And the creamy texture of the avocado combined with the bursting crunch of the pomegranate seeds creates such a nice little surprise every time, you will be tempted to forgo your quesadillas altogether and just eat the guacamole as a meal in itself.

- 2 Medium to large avocados
- ½ lime
- 1 pomegranate
- Freshly ground pepper
- Sea salt, freshly ground
- Mash up the avocado meat
- Mix in the pomegranate seeds
- Squeeze the lime juice and add the salt and pepper to taste
