I’m a SUCKER for pancake art, especially around the holidays. I got this idea from Spriti2thetable.com. Isn’t it cute? It’s super easy too. You can modify it however you like. Add fruit, put it on died green coconut “grass.” Options are endless!
With pancake art, I like to fill empty “ketchup” bottles with runny batter and “draw” into the pan. I think this gives the most ideal control. You can check out my Love Cakes post to get more info. on how. Have fun!

Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake mix
- Water
- Mini chocolate chips
- Banana slices
- Whipped cream
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Whisk the pancake mix with a tiny bit more than the recommended amount of water mentioned on package instructions. You want to make it runny enough to easily squeeze out of the bottle for "drawing" purposes, but not so runny it spills.
- Make the bunny body parts individually, and cook both sides as pancakes.
- Using remaining ingredients, sisplay according to picture. You can also use shredded coconut on the bunny "tail" for added fluff.
