This definitely satisfies the chocolate craving while staying healthy and animal-product free. It is creamy, smooth, rich, and delicious. Unsuspecting guests (or children, in my case) will never know you used avocado. Or soy milk…Or agave.
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
- 1 ripe avocado
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ soy milk or almond milk
- ¼ sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Puree ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
