Banana Fudge Pops

  • 1 14 oz can coconut milk with cream
  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 overripe bananas
  1. Blend the bananas and coconut milk together until smooth.
  2. Take the pitcher off the blender motor and fill each mold ⅓ of the way full with banana mixture.
  3. Return pitcher to blender and add cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.
  4. Fill each mold to the fill line with remaining cocoa mixture.
You can also choose to lightly swirl banana and cocoa mixtures together to make a more swirled effect. Or add more banana or more cocoa mixtures to make one flavor more dominant. Have fun with it!
